You can apply your current eating habits to the information from the how healthy are you by when you did the how healthy are you by after you put your information in the calculator thingy it showed you how you should eat and what you are doing well and what you need to eat more of.

The way I can apply the How healthy are you project to my current eating habits is I am eating a lot more grains and oils then I should be and on that day that I recorded I really did not eat enough vegetables and fruit. I am a mesomorph and I should be eating 200-300 more calories then my BMR which I am mostly doing which is always good. If you are in taking too much calories then that is bad for your body and you should try to aim for the recommended total of calories on the nutrients intakes sheet.

I can apply the information to my current eating habits by; eating more calories and eating more of the correct calories. According to my “my pyramid tracker” sheets I should eat more dairy, vegetables, and fruits. I figure that because of my BMR score (1353) I should be eating about 200 extra calories for my body type (mesomorph) and about 200 extra for my athletic activities. Also, I should take into account that I spend about 1512 calories a day; so I should only eat a little over this amount.

The way I can apply the information I learned from the activity to my current eating habits is I saw that I am eating about the same amount of calories that I am suppose to. I am going to try to take some of the calories I am consuming and eat better calories for my body. For example, instead of eating some chips I could eat a banana. I am involved in sports, so I should eat things that will help my energy level so I am able to do my best. I learned I am having to much wheat and I am just passing in the vegetable category, so instead of a bowl of a sandwich I should reach for a bowl of salad. My BMR is 1283, I’m a athlete, and I am a mesomorph, so I learned how many calories I need and how to have a healthier lifestyle.
5.I can apply the things I have learned from the how healthy are you to my current eating habits by seeing what things I am not getting enough of and choosing healthy foods and exercise that can lead me to having a healthy life style. I also learned that not everyone is the same and you should take into consideration what you eat and do according to your body type.
On the my pyramid tracker I did very well, but that doesn’t mean I eat all the right foods.
6.63 The way I apply the information how healthy are you project that i need to do more exsersizing for my body wait and eat smaller proportions when i eat and if I am still hungry i just go back and get more. And if you are full then dont make yourself eat anymore then u had. I did ok but not the best in the world because it said that i need to eat more healthy food and less fatning food.
7.63 About 69 million people are suffering from a disease called Obesity. Most people that have obesity are at risk for heart diesea and other serious medical complications. Obiesity is a very complex that involves many factures. Scientist have identified obiesity-cuasing factures ringing from the way people eat from how they spend there past time from genetics.
8.63 Teens are more likely to do drugs because they want to explore what is out there. And they have maybe older friends that do drugs and peer pressure the kids to do drugs. Something might have happend in there family that makes them depresed that will want to make him/her rebell on doing drugs. Dopa mean is a happy chemical gives you pleasure even with eating a really good salad or ice cream and even alchol or drugs. Drugs and alchol can also give you depression.
9.67 Most teens that do drugs because there parents do it or other people in there lifes . When teens do druigs they do them to make there selfs feel better or to drowned out family problems. If a teen has family problems that is when they are more likely to do drugs and drink alcohal so that they can make them selfs feel better about them selfs..
